    Hi Dianne;

    How long do you think I should wait for the upper lids to be done? I can’t remember if I mentioned that the lining over the eye seems to be bulging on one side(the worst side). It doesn’t seem to be able to settle into place. Everytime I put drops in they make it more swollen. Does that make sense to you? Anyway, I am off to the Dr today and will update later.

    Thanks for the reply Dianne. I am on prednisone tablets as well as ointment. I had lower lid skin grafts as well. I am still not able to focus my vision and will see the Dr. on Monday to have stitches removed. I am hoping there will be more improvement after that. There is an obvious lessening of the bulging of my eyes (after Dr.s telling me for 10 years there was nothing they could do). I am also planning to have the upper eyelids done in a couple of months. Now if only I could see enough to return to my life.

    I had orbital decompression surgery just overr one week ago on both eyes. I am extremely worried about my inability to see. Everything is like looking through a layer of vaseline. Anyone have any ideas on how long this will last. Surgeon said that I should be able to return to work within 10-14 days. HELP!!!
