I am sorry to hear about the meds. I have been med free for about 3-4 years, so far my thyroid is staying in remission. As far as the rashes, I read before that with graves people can get unexplained rashes. I do get strange rashes especially in the winter. I found this wonderful skin lotion called Cereva ( I think this is how it is spelled) my dermatologist recommended it, you might want to try this. Hope this helps.
