I wanted to start this thread to talk and post about good things for our freezers and pantry closets.
This is a list I created for another forum, i wanted to share it with everyone here. There have been things added to it as time has gone on.

Feeding the freezer is just a way that I add things to the freezer when I do bulk cooking. I make home made tomato sauce and make enough for the entire family for a few days times 2 so i can put the same amount in the freezer for a day I am not feeling up to cooking. I make lasagna for the family with that same sauce and make two, one to eat and one to cool down and cut up into portions and freeze. It’s work but when you get use to it it’s easy and fun and you know you have stuff in the bottom of that deep freezer that you know you wont have to worry when you aren’t feeling at your best.

Gosh I hope to get that organized one day….that would really help out me and darling hubby right now….seems like we are kinda just taking it one day at a time…but love the idea!!! Maybe after RAI I will feel well enough to do that. Thanks for the list and do you know if after you have RAI that you should stay away from Iodine foods for life?

Once your thyroid is completely gone, iodine shouldn’t have any effect on you, but check with your doctor to be sure.
