Interesting to know that people withKFS also can have problems neurologically. Hmmm, can that be ME???
I also found out that the sleep apnea and the cute little hiccups are from the KFS. Doing more information, contact ya later!

How about this one: Dental problems too! I think I found info, but not too sure-have to go through the abstracts.

Head feels sort of funny in the back now. Something feels weird.
Well, better sleep this one off.

P.S. I am searching the OMIM database. Lots of information on other stuff too!

I’m FREE, I’m FREE! The time given me to stay off my feet has passed. Who would have thought it would be such a chore (and a drag) to have to remember to keep these legs elevated! They’re looking enough better that I think the antibiotics have taken care of the infection. (Fingers crossed) Thank you to all of you who supported my sagging spirits over the weekend. I appreciated the email and (sometimes) wacky suggestions of activities I could engage in. You all were great!

I “celebrated” my freedom by finally going and signing up for the health club that is run at a local hospital. They make their physical therapy rooms available to the public on a fee basis, and throw in the advice of the staff there, as well. I was somewhat skeptical about the look of all those weight machines, and was questioning the exercise physiologist about why I would even WANT to work out for a year on them. (I was raised in the era when “ladies” didn’t indulge in any activity which would induce perspiration, much less lifting weights.) Just give me a nice stationary bike, or treadmill was my thought. Then, he pointed out that one pound of muscle tissue burns 55,000 calories a year. I began to have visions of hot fudge sundaes dancing in front of my eyes.

Hope you all are having the best of days.
