Please save the date for a special patient education event in Chicago! Join the GDATF in the Windy City for a unique opportunity to meet local medical experts and connect with fellow patients and family members. The event will be held on Saturday, November 2nd from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
