    Hi all
I`m 5 months post RAI and feeling pretty good and I wanted others starting out to know there is light at the end of the tunnel.
My blood results last time were good, although my TSH was below the range the T4 and T3 were both in the top third of their ranges. I`m now on 100 mcg levothyroxine and seems this may be my goldilocks dose.

Just a question though before I go- I`m still sleeping at least 10 hours a night?
Is this ok for 5 months post RAI ? I`ve never slept so much in my life before.
My GP is doing more bloods to check nothing else is going on- just to be on the safe side.
TIA and thank you soo much for all the help I had going through this horrible journey.
    Joy

Thanks for the update! Hopefully, others will jump in with their experience on the sleep issue. That’s good that your doc is checking for other possible issues, although your body has certainly been on quite the rollercoaster ride over the last few months, so it might just need a little extra rest right now!
