I did run a seach and found that taking it in jello sometimes helps so i will definately try that also some other people suggested milk, I personally hate milk but thought this may help some other people with the same problem. Also it was helpful to know that PTU has different abilities than the Tapazol and Im sure it is the right med for me since I had a very high T3 level at the start of this. So again thanx for all the insight.
