Today is beginning trout season! Boys were up before the roosters and out the door by 6am for a fishing spot by the fishing hole that opened up at 8am. Hope they catch their limit and get home, windy and cold out!
44 year old man + 15 year old young man + 7 year old boy =’s enough fish for Good Eats!

Don’t forget to think about going fishing….. girls and I will be going but just us and not at the crack of before dawn! Mamabear doesn’t "do" early if I don’t have to. Besides girls and I wanna do "less is just fine"…Meaning we don’t need anything but a pink fishin’ pole some good old night crawlers which we’ll get at night in the dirt and first aid kit and some soda! Yes and we have 3 hats that say are camo pink that say "yes I do happen to fish like a girl"….we’re all set!

Remember to take a moment and remember that these are the days that make your child what they will be when they grow up!

Sunshine is good for the soul… helps stress and shows your child a good life lesson! As a Graves’ patient we learn to not take things for granted…let’s continue that by getting up off the couch, straighten up your back and whine a bit about it aching..then give a good stretch and moan about everything not stretching right…then grab yer kid and get out the door! Oh don’t forget to go potty first!

    Have fun and go fish!

    YES Mamabear!

I am feeling GREAT this year and am enjoying life SO MUCH MORE after feeling SOOOOOO terrible last year. I think GD has taught me a lot – but most especially to not take my health for granted and that life doesn’t have to be perfect to be good.

For those newly diagnosed, it WILL get better – slowly, but surely. Most days I don’t even think about Graves. A year ago – it CONSUMED me!

    Thank God!
    Emily
