Hi all – I facilitate a Graves’ Disease support group here in AZ, and at our last meeting, the topic of stress relief came up. We thought it would be a good idea to start a list of our favorite stress relieving activities. Here are a few that came up:
Yoga

Reading
Any activity that absorbs your attention completely — such as video games

Funny Movies
Any other suggestions to add?
