Shasha asked about stress and TED on another thread. Has anyone else noticed a connection between stress and TED symptoms?

We had a doctor present at our San Diego conference who noted that once TED runs its course, it *usually* does not recur. However, she mentioned that for patients she has had who relapsed, stress can potentially be a trigger. This was mentioned in passing, so I’m not sure if it was captured on film, but here is the video of the full presentation:

It’s such a vicious cycle……because Thinking about the diagnosis of TED causes anxiety and stress…..
