    Yes it is scary but thyroid cancer patients receive much higher dosages.

    Hi everyone, just thought I’d give everyone an update. I just got back from my first doctors appt. since my RAI. My doctor says I’m still having sypmtons being hyper. I asked him what my dose of RAI was, which was 6 weeks ago today, it was 27.9 Thats alot. He said I was very hyper, I’ve must have been for years. I had my blood work today. i go back in 6 weeks. I’m still having heart palpa


    . So he put me back BB’s. I’ll be waiting on that phone call to see my levels are :!:

    Hi mama44, It might take a little while for your levels to go down to normal. I still felt hyper at 6 weeks, too. But then went hypo pretty quickly after that. Everyone’s different, though. Do you feel better than before? Hopefully you do- and that would be a good sign that things are heading in the right direction. Keep us posted <img decoding=” title=”Smile” />
