I actually experience the burning when i get my hair done however i have always buy only when i get my roots dyed blonde. If its just foiled and ann all over non bleach color i never have burning and as far as perfume. i had that happen once but happened to be allergic to it so it could be somewhere in the middle for you or totally something beyond my or your knowledge. I would ask ur dr if no one else has a direct answer. Good luck. also if you have your hair dresser put sweetner in the dye mix it helps from burning..
