Hi all – A limited number of registration scholarships have been made available for the GDATF’s annual patient & family conference, to be held Oct. 26-28 at the Kona Kai Resort Hotel & Marina in San Diego, CA! Applications must be received by Wednesday, October 3rd.
Scholarships will be awarded based on financial need and medical need, with priority consideration given to patients and to first-time attendees. Applicants will be notified of the results via phone or e-mail no later than Wednesday, October 10th.
