    Good evening.

    We have had many people e-mail Admin and ask why their e-mails have not been answered.

    The answer is that your server is either returning our mail, rejecting our mail or returning a statement that your account is not valid.

    We cannot answer you if we cannot get an e-mail to you. If we send you and e-mail and your server rejects it the system will suspend your account.

    Many suspensions have been for that reason. When we try to reply we are told the account does not exist. So we will not revalidate an account we cannot be sure exists.

    Please check with your service provider or make sure you have not blocked the NGDF with your firewall. If you blocked our URL in your firewall it will send back a notice of no such account found.

    Dear Everyone (including Jan, who didn’t get her b/day card from me)
    I am having MAJOR problems with the NGDF e-mail! It seems to be random, but I am having difficulty both sending and recieving e-mails. I get some, and not others; some people get the ones I send–sometimes they don’t. I have had a delightful afternoon and evening talking with people from all over the world! I am currently on hold with DELL, who keeps reminding me that calls are important and they will be taken in the order in which they were recieved.
    Anyway, the e-mail that you click on here, with my name, “ngdf@citcom.net” DOES NOT WORK. My correct address is “nancyngdf@bellsouth.net”, but that is the one that is not working well.
