I was just diagnosed with Grave’s disease at the end of Feb. I took Tapazole for 2 weeks, and then had an allergic reaction to the tapazole. I ended up taking the radioactive iodine treatment, so all of a sudden I no longer have a thyroid gland. This is all very new to me and kind of scary because I’m only 20 and have never had any health problems before. I’m currently on beta blockers for several months. I am attending college and am a music major. I was wondering if anybody who uses his BB is a musician and can tell me their experiences with Grave’s disease. The trembling was very frustrating to practice with, and now I’m concerned about the effects of the beta blockers on performance. Thanks!
