    thank you so much Bobbi. I am hopefull as well. I have tried to do some stretching, just like I would if I was getting ready to jog. But it has given me little help. you know I am at the point where I am willing to try anything to feel…….. Normal, no that is not it….. good, no………. Better…….. ;)

    Bobbi…in a recent posting you commented that having a normal uptake would limit potential treatment options…can you expand on that. Deborah.

    As I understand it, being hyperthyroid with an uptake within the normal zone can sometimes eliminate RAI as a treatment option. While I think I understand why, I am, essentially, making an educated (but amateur level) guess, so the best thing to do, if that is what has happened to you, is to ask your own doctor about it.
