    Didn’t Gail Devers compete in the Olympics after her bout with Grave’s? An extreme case, but I remember seeing an interview with her years ago where she talked about how bad her leg problems were. So at least there’s one example for you of someone who got past it.

    Are you sure you’re not overtraining? What type of leg exercises are you doing? Maybe it’s worth meeting with a physical therapist (I would say personal trainer, but I don’t have faith that they’d understand all the intricasies of Grave’s and what it can do to your muscles.)

    I HAVE HAD GRAVES DISEASE FOR FOUR YEARS. I WANT TO KNOW IF MY LEG MUSCLES WILL EVER BE BACK TO WHAT THEY WERE. I EXERCISE EVERY MORNING THINKING THAT I WILL BUILD UP MY MUSCLES, BUT THE NEXT DAY WHILE EXERCISING I HAVE JUST AS MUCH PAIN.

    WILL MY LEG MUSCLES EVER GET BACK TO NORMAL. ANYONE WITH AN ANSWER
