Belinda,
By all means ask for copies of the reports that are written about
you to your GP, opthamologist, etc. We should be carbon copied
anyway. Your doctor’s may request something in writing from you
asking for release of the information anytime a copy is sent out
to another physician. Just draft a note and hsve it placed in your file.
