    Dear Katie , thank you for your reply.. It seems like there are only a few poeple out there posting..I am glad your surgery went OK I am still terrified… my pre- op went kinda bad I thought… they said my goiter was so big that they would have to intubate me before they gave me geberal anthesesia , becuase I could suufocate on my goiter! (anyone out there wanting to wait like I did, take note) the other thing is I haveb a tooth abess and may need it pulled this week the suregery is Fri… Still would love to hear more surgery storeies … thanks again for yours.. Hows your weight been , Has that been much of a problem? Krista

    Weight is a sore subject. It has been hard to lose it unfortunately. I tend to be a stress eater though so that doesnt help. We were without power here for the past 4 days and I ate horrible. We really had nothing else to do but munch to keep ourselves occupied. Now today I feel awful like I gained 5 pounds. I know I didnt gain 5 but I think from the salt intake I feel more bloated. Hang in there I am sure your surgery will go well!!
