    I have gained weight also since my RAI treatment. In fact quite rapidly.
    My therory is that I am still Hyper but the beta blockers have sloed
    my heart rate down. I don’t know .

    First of all to Steve. What a great thought that you may not need thyroxine. That means that RAI was completely successful.

    Second. Can anyone relate their experiences with dropping the dose of thyroxine. Did you experience transitory hypo symptoms in the same way that transient hyper symptoms are part of increasing the thyroxine dose?
