Jeannette thank you for your words of encouragement. I guess what
triggered the baby thing the most was talking on the phone to my
baby sister who had thrown a birthday party for her child.
She mentioned who attended with their kids, and I had grown up with
all of them. I guess I felt left out and a little sad.
Thank you once again for understanding.

    All the best,
    Shannon.

hi Shannon, One of the things that alsways amazes me when I read
the board is how GD at different times of life just is amazingly
more complicated. You ask if you are you being selfish..how?
to want your life to have a “normal” flow? You have already hung
on quite a while…words like “it takes time” and “be patient” have
a lot of distance to travel in your experience. I don’t know if it is any encouragement
to you, but I didn’t have my first child until I was 28. Ther are advantages to being
    an “older mother”.
Sometimes we get tiredest when we are near the top of the climb, and it is hard
because we don’t know how much further it is. I hope the break through is soon.
Take care…and thanks for you vulnerability and openness as ever. Jeannette
