I’ve always had a period of at least two weeks after a new dose of synthroid where I feel up & down alternately for no good reason. It usually takes about three weeks before I start to feel somewhat level. It’s possible that you haven’t had this reaction before because you’ve been hypo, and now you’re getting nearer to normal (so “up” days during this period would feel more hyper). If you’re concerned, if the symptoms seem dramatic, please check with the doctor. It’s always better to call them too much than too little. It’s wise to do whatever you need in order to put your mind at ease, at least.
