    I don’t like taking all the medication either. I can’t take beta blockers, so was given
    Xanax to chill my racing nervous systems. I wish I’d been given something for the heart, especially when
    my pulse rate was crazy. After 3 months, it still hasn’t gone below 92, when it used to be
    around 70. I’ve always had a hangup about having to take medicine, now I have to learn
    to get over it and get on. That’s hard to do. I hope you feel better very soon. Glynis

    i been fighting the anxiety as well for 2 years now
    the ptu after a year well i gave up went to rai and
    still have all the anxiety and panic attacks as well
    i have to keep meds in my pocket just in case i go
    nuts on the outside, so frighten so alone with this disease
    im on 6mg lorazepam a day plus my betablockers for the heart
    you would think this would help, my friends think,well they dont
    know me anymore, im not the most exciting person to be around
    these days i haven’t had a social drink in a year.

    i hope the rai works for me, you will have to search for
    answers i get alot since i found this message board
