Hi Luci! Glad it made it, I was suspicious of the address you gave, hehe.
You may have put down the wrong e-mail address when registering if you used MSM instead of MSN and not recieved the user ID.
If you can, email Annette- admin@support-group.com and she can help you out with getting the ID straight. Once you have it, try logging on to the server as in the directions to see if it works.
