    Hi everyone,

Sorry not to get back sooner, but I do not have the Internet at home. Katet, I am so glad you are feeling better. Friday, I thought I was going to loose it my heart rate must have been near 140 I was so confused, and emotional, just started to cry for no reason at all.
I started my monthly, and the second day was the worse I can remember. So heavy, I wish I had stayed home. The one thing good about the whole thing is that I went from 20 days to 27, almost the normal break. My doctor called me some medications Friday night to calm down and they help. I am still very hyper. I have started to eat under 1000 cal a day, sticking to protein, low carbs. I am pretty tried all of the time, especially around this time of the day. I still cannot get much paperwork done on the computer, so I mostly just do things with my clients. Work is so busy, I am glad for that; it keeps my mind off of things. I purchase some natural tears; they help, when I remember to put them in, with my trembling hands.

    How are you doing ewmb?

    Julie,
I am getting there. I was really bad for a few days right before my period started. You may not be eating enough if you are still hyper. I wouldn’t worry about calorie count now but would eat well when you are hungry. Glad to know that the eye drops are helping. I bought one of the bigger bottles and am just keeping it in my purse. But like you I don’t always remember to use them.

    One day at a time……
