    Glad to hear you got through it okay. You’ll still feel like you’re on a roller coaster for a couple of months longer as you go really hyper then hypo (hopefully). But then it should stop.

    Welcome to the RAI Club!! It has been three months since my radioactivity. I am sure you and your cat will survive. Two days will pass and you will be together once again.

    Hello Everyone,

    Just wanted to tell you I did the RAI on friday. My uptake was 66% so
    I only needed 20 millicuries of I 131 so far so good. My cat doesn’t understand
    though I wouldn’t let her near me. I was at first going to keep
    her in a room by herself. I decided it wasn’t her fault so I was the
    one who stayed in the bedroom. However she couldn’t understand why
    I wouldn’t let her do somethings that she regularly does. I can’t wait until
    I can pet her again and make her feel better.

    Anyway so far so good. I can’t wait to feel better and be off
    the rollar coaster I have been on for 8 months now.
