Graves You bet. Diabeties no. BUT!! My wife has diabatic retnapathy and has had numerous laser surgeries to stop bleeding. If you have questions related to retnapathy I or my wife could help you. We take turns getting eye surgeries. She gets hers done and I drive until she can see then I get mine done and she drives. Makes life interesting i’ll tell you.
