    Hello, Grave’s Warriors,
It’s a banner week for me as I’ve just come off my ATD’s for the first time since my 2007 diagnosis in hopes of experiencing a sustained remission. I’m hoping to join the ranks of those of you that have gone into remission as well. Keep your fingers crossed that it will happen to me too.

Good luck! Be good to yourself just now, give yourself the best possible chance!

Good luck and God bless. Good advice to be especially good to yourself – rest, good food, etc. to support your system.
    All the best.

Thanks for taking the time to post your encouraging news. I agree with Ski . . . be good to yourself and continue to take care of yourself to the best of your ability. Eat healthy and try to avoid stress (I realize this is easier said than done). If you do have a set back, be encouraged that some of us have had setbacks along the way and then have gone on to have sustained remissions thereafter. Be patient and continue to take one day at a time celebrating any positive steps going forward. If you can go for a year and are able to stay in remission, celebrate it with your family as it is something worth celebrating. Being positive and celebrating good health is always helpful. The mind is a powerful tool.

    Best regards,

    James
