    Hi Laurie – Click on "user control panel" towards the top of the screen. Then click the "profile" tab, and then select "edit account settings." There will be an option to change your password.

    My password was not working, so I requested a new one to login. How do I change it to one I can remember?

    Please excuse my posting here..I could not find the info anywhere??
