    My TSH result 4.390 uIU/ml reference interval 0.450 – 4.500

    My T4 Thyroxine result 7.7 ug/dL reference interval 4.5 – 12.0

    my doctor sid am already on a normal levels of my thyroid hormones…ho come they did not discontinue my meds, eventhough am taking Methimazole 1 times a day still i have buzzing on my right ear

    Don’t know. Ask the doc. A lot depends on how you feel, along with your labs.

    Tinnitus (buzzing in ears) is a puzzle for everyone, including docs,and people who have it. I have had it for years, and since I was a kid. I don’t think you should plan on it disappearing if you are euthyroid.

    Hello – Unless antibody levels (TSI, TRAb) are low, patients with Graves’ disease are likely to go hyperthyroid again when they stop taking the methimazole.

    Hi Snelsen Thanks for the link you sent me…

    I do not have a tinnitus eversince, I got my tinnitus or buzzing in my ears when i was diagnosed of hyperthyroidisim, my according said it was a side effect of my medicine Methimazole 5mg..

    How true that once you have a hyperthyroidisim, you will have Tinnitus it will go to vertigo or menier disease if the tinnitus will not cure.
