    Hello to everyone!

I am new to the site, and I am so glad I found it. As "Grasshopper" put it, it is depressing. I had been suffering for years with undiagnosed hyperthyroidism. Doctors kept telling me I had "Fibromyalgia. or Chronic Fatique Syndrome", or it was all in my head! The muscle weakness and lethargy were what I noticed first. I used to be a very enthusiastic sports and excercise person. Sometimes I have trouble going up stairs, and I am only 47. I try to excercise, but I can’t be consistent because somedays I just feel really bad. Lately I have been experiencing alot of eye trouble. I think my medicine is also making me sick but my doctors are not really listening to me, which is not something new. I am on my third Endocrinologist and I find all doctors pompous and uncaring, any one with me on this view?

"Grasshopper" I feel your pain, and all I can say is take one day at a time and just keep fighting for information and finding the right doctors and treatments. I also have financial problems because of all of the medical bills and I had to quit my job. I just have to hope that things will get better, have faith, grow flowers, paint a picture, listen to music, beautiful things always cheer me up!
