    Merry Christmas to you and your families. My Christmas wish for all of you is to have one more hour of feeling well.

    My thanks to each of you, because without you this bulletin board would not exist. I’m happy to read, response to each of your posts because there was someone here who helped me.

    Just wanted to say a big Thank-You to all of the facilitators. You have been a great support to me as I am in the middle of this thing and know that knowledge is power! So thank-you for always being there and answering any questions I may have or any misunderstandings. It is a real comfort to know you are only a click away.
