    This is really a tough question.

    Our bodies need minerals and vitamins to keep running properly. And iodine is one of them. Depends on if we are hyper or not how much iodine is good or not so good.

    A well balanced diet is a must. A good multivitamin is also a good idea. What we need to avoid is supplements that have massive amounts of iodine or other minerals in excess of what our recommended daily amount is.

    Ask your pharmacist since it is a prescription dose. They will be best suited to tell you possible side effects.

    my sweet husband got me some coral calcium to help my bones and teeth (have cracked 3 in just over a year) – it has other things in it like Iodine, copper, and a mix of other things, will it hurt me? how much iodine is too much?? tkx sandi.
