Another curiosity question: has anyone suffered with insomnia when their blood results show they are in the low normal range? Even when I was high normal I was able to get a decent night’s sleep but now that I’m slowing down, I toss and turn all night and am a zombie during the day.

Doesn’t make sense to me….anyone else have this happen?

I have trouble sleeping when hypo, mostly due to body aches!

From what I understand, hypo or hyper can cause insomnia and anxiety.
