    Hello everyone. I feel I know some of you allready. I have been reading everday allmost for seveeral months. I was diagnosed in October and nobody around me knows anything about this disease. I manage a vacation rental program and it is a very stressful job at times. I am hyper right now. Meemaw,Standingfirm,Jake,and Diane I have read alot from you and thank God for the ones responsible for this site. I to have the book In our on words. Passing it around to bosses and family. Hope they will catch on to how I’ve almost bit my tounge off in this job. Thank you and God bless you all. Tyler 1

    Welcome Tyler 1-

    This board has saved me alot of headaches and with this disease I think we stress a little more than we would if we did not have it. I am so glad you found it too. What kind of treatment are you using right now? Are you seeing an endo?, for me anyway the endo seemed to be able to tinker with the meds much better than the Gp was able to do and also put me on the beta blockers which have made a huge differance since being off the meds waiting for the RAI. Well anyway I just wanted to say hi and I hope you are feeling better soon. I know how it is to be snappy and biting your tounge off,lol

    Tyler – Welcome. I backed out to reread your note and lost my reply. I was too wordy anyway.

    I am going to have to get that book. I am starting to get mouthy again at work. I pray every morning before I go in that He will help me control this tongue, but it’s just not working. I’m right on the edge of hyper/hypo and I’m just tired of all of this. I also don’t sleep most nights and I’m exhausted. This weekend is the first time I slept consistently for over a month. I basically slept every possible moment from Friday night to Monday morning.

    You are in the beginning and it is a long road, but know that everyone here are so kind and helpful. They will listen to you, cry with you, share with you, and you will get some of the best advice possible from the facilitators.
