I just started Xiidra (lifitegrast) for dry eye. I was on Restasis for three years and it did nothing except make my eyelashes grow in weird directions. Wondering if anyone else has tried Xiidra. It is expensive, but if you are on Medicare, they will give you a free months supply and there are coupons for private insurance. Supposedly you can notice a difference in as little as two weeks. First drop did not burn, blurred vision for a bit, and actually felt soothing, unlike Restasis. Hoping to hear good reviews!
