Hi all – just a reminder that the forum’s policy on posting links is available in the “New User? Read This First!” thread in the announcements section of the forum:
“Posted links must come from a well-established, peer-reviewed medical journal (New England Journal of Medicine, The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, Thyroid, etc.) or from a recognized medical association or governmental entity (American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, American Thyroid Association, National Institutes of Health, etc.).”
Although this is a more stringent policy than on other Internet boards, we want to make sure that people who come to this forum can feel confident that they are getting credible, peer-reviewed medical information.
