Call a pharmacist, Dee, and check. They have reference materials available that will tell whether the specific medication you are on can be taken later in the day, or however close to another dose, etc. Some pills we’ve got to be more careful of than others, so checking first can save some problems.

    Thanks Bobbi,
My gut feeling was to call the pharmacy and after seeing your post
    I did contact them.
The pharmacist said to just skip today and take them tomorrow.
So if anyone forgets to take your synthroid or levothyroxine
at your usual time and it will be almost 12 hours till you
would be able to take them “just do not take them at all!”

Why don’t you call your doctor and ask? After all, that’s what we pay them for — and they’re probably more familiar with the drug than the pharmacist.

I realized when I was walking into work this morning
I forgot my thyroid meds. I have seen posts before on this
but I assume it is okay to take when I get home? Plus the heart medication
too. Believe it or not I feel pretty good not have taken them. I
see my endo on Monday this should not affect my blood levels I hope.

The weather here is unbearable too! Humid, may hit 96. :(

    Well have a good day!

    Dee
