I was so happy! And glad to know the fatigue wasnt…yes, you know "all in my head!" Looking forward to getting some energy back. I’ve really been trying to stay positive, work on stress relief with yoga and deep breathing.

So….i had my second visit to the endo after being on methimazole for over 2 months. Have been taking 20 mg in the morning, 20 in the evening.

    My first labs were:
    TSH .04
    Free T4 4.2
    Free T3 13.08

    Today my labs were:
    Free T4 0.7
    Free T3 2.0

I let him know i had a 2-3 week period where my energy was up, was feeling great..then just the past 2 weeks or so I’ve just been tired and lethargic. He said that was to be expected since they start with a higher dose of the ATD and i’m to just take 20mg a day now.

Seemed to be a pretty good appointment. I’ve had no problems with the methimazole besides a week or so of itching that resolved itself. He gave me the go ahead to exercise as normal and everything <img decoding=” title=”Smile” />

    Yay!!
