Haven’t posted in a long, long time but thought I’d tap into the good spirit of this board by announcing I’m having eye surgery tomorrow. For some miraculous reason, my insurance company approved removal of the fatty pockets Graves left under my eyes (I had a moderate case of TED, taping my eyes shut for several months and now with silicon tear duct plugs to help with moisture). Anyway, I’m hopeful that some of the visible evidence of illness will be minimized; at least, people might not say “you look exhausted” after a good night’s sleep!
