Hello – Great news that you are feeling well and your labs have stabilized!
Hopefully, you will get some additional responses, but it’s important to start *slowly*, since the body tends to lose muscle mass during the time when we are hypER. Bobbi, one of our message board facilitators, shared that she started getting back in shape by doing bicep curls with paperback books, as that was all she had the strength to do!
Other patients have had good luck working with a physical therapist or with a sports medicine clinic. Whichever route you chose, go slowly, listen to your body, and don’t try to tackle too much too soon. Take care!
