    Hi ALL,

    Dr. Don Kikkawa, Ophthalmic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon who spoke at the 2008 Graves’ Disease Foundation Conference is scheduled to be a guest on "The Doctors" tv show tomorrow, Wednesday Nov. 18. Doctor Kikkawa will speak on Thyroid Eye Disease.

    At the San Diego Conference, Dr. Kikkawa spoke about: Modern Approaches to Double Vision in Graves’ Opthalmology. He is located in San Diego at the Shiley Eye Center. Here’s a brief bio:

    Dr. Kikkawa is Professor of Clinical Ophthalmology and Chief of the Division of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive at the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Kikkawa is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS). He is the director of an ASOPRS-sponsored fellowship and served as the UCSD Ophthalmology Residency Program Director from 1993 to 2003. He has been annually elected to Woodward and White’s “Best Doctors in America” since 1997, has given many invited lectures, taught courses both nationally and internationally, and authored numerous articles and book chapters. Along with colleagues at the Shiley Eye Center, he co-founded the UCSD Thyroid Eye Center in 1997.
