    Anti-thyroid drugs have a pretty short life span in our bloodstream…so you should be OK. A double dose could certainly make you feel run down for a day, though.

    A pill box with compartments for days of the week might be helpful…I am actually thinking of getting one myself. <img decoding=” title=”Very Happy” />

    Hi,

    I am about 2 months in to treatment, taking 20mg Tapazole/day… I just realized that I accidentally took 2 doses this morning (was distracted, forgot I had taken it…)

    Should I be concerned about this/any side effects to expect?

    Your pharmacist is a great resource for questions like this. Just call any drug store. There are usually at least a few that are open 24 hours.
