I was just called with my results from the dr. T3 was 1.4, T4 was 9.3 and my fasting TSH was .06 heck not sure if I’m hypo or hyper but I’m on 137 mcg of Synthroid and she wanted to drop it just a tad to 125 mcg to see if that helps my symptoms.

Hello – The actual results are really only useful within the context of your lab’s “normal” range, and each lab is a little different.

In general, though, docs will recommend a reduction in replacement hormone if T3/T4 are too high and TSH is too low. (And hopefully, they will be considering your symptoms as well).

I would suggest asking your doctor for a hard copy of your labs, and then making sure you understand the rationale for the decrease.
