    I am interested to hear if anyone had difficulty controlling cholesterol following TT.

    I will be three years post TT in December. So far no cholesterol problems.

    Hello – I have not heard any complaints specifically related to thyroidectomy. However, hypothyroidism *is* associated with cholesterol issues, so it is important to make sure you are on the right dose of replacement hormone.
