    I think the publication you are talking about was the one written a number of years ago by one of our members — a special ed teacher. If it is still available, you can find it by going to the main NGDF website, and going to the menu item called "Publications." It is not about any type of permanent learning problem, if I remember correctly. So this may not be what you are talking about.

    Hi,
    Somemone sent me an article about children with graves’ and the learning disabilities it can cause. I like to give it to my daughter’s teachers each year. I seemed to have misplaced it. If anyone has it and can send it to me or point me in the right direction that would be terrific.
