I don’t know how it can be done… I have had trouble wearing bifocals even after giving them a try for a few monts. All I get is a heachacle and frustration of reading anything at a distance. I like reading words close which is normal for me. I cannot either wear contacts. Don’t want to lose my precious vision. Can’t live without them. What’s more, I look better with glasses! It gives me character! I hope you don’t mind my jumping in like that.

Bobbi asked a question before the conference that I said I would ask.
The question was (Simply put) ” Could the use of two different contacts
one for close and one for distance be used to stop diplopia (double vision)

The one contact will allow for reading and close work and the other allows
for distance vision. The Brain fblocks out the signal from the eye that is
fuzzy so you can see at a distance or close and not see double even if you
    have crossed eyes.

The answer was that the doctor had not heard of it but he said it seemed
like it should work and he would try it on a few of his Graves warriors to
see how it worked. Bobbi’s doctor has been doing this for some time and seems
    to be having some success.

In other words the word was to give it a try if your Graves allows you to wear
contacts and the doctor is willing to try it.
