I have been recently reading about blood types and finding “Type O’s” are predispositioned to autoimmune diseases.
If you do not mind, I am curious what folks blood types are. I am an O+.
I searched these forums for a similar discussion and didn’t see one, I apologise if this has been discussed. If so, please show me
In researching my blood type, have found some interesting information that I am still studying. Anyone else here versed in this?
No idea. Have never heard that.
It would be helpful to know your references, and if they are evidence based studies, with a large longitudinal study, with a sizable population, with all the strict protocols that are required for good research. It would begin with someone asking the question. Why would they ask the question? Very thought provoking.

Hello – I have not seen any research on that particular connection. I’m an A – both in blood and personality type.
Links posted here must be from established medical associations or well-known peer-reviewed journals. If you ever aren’t sure if a link is OK to post and want someone to review it in advance, feel free to e-mail info@gdatf.org.
Take care!

Thank you and that is why I posted here to hopefully start a conversation and find more information. For me, eating for my blood type has been beneficial, and wondered if it has for others. I have read your posts stating diet hasn’t been a problem for you. So great for you. Not my case.
