Good Afternoon:
Does anyone know if you are on synthroid and you plan on visiting a high altitude area if you would need to make an adjustment to your medication? Your blood levels may change and i was wondering if anyone has any information on this maybe it would be okay. Anyone who does live in a high altitude has your endo or doc ever mentioned that you meds would change if you had to move? Any information shared is appreciated.

Hmmmmmm! Interesting question,Dee. Last year, after attending the NGDF conference in Colorado Springs, Jake ended up in the hospital with chest pains the next morning. Never really thought about that aspect of the blood levels being off, but now that you mention it, it does poise an interesting theory.
