    Hi to everyone, I haven’t posted in awhile, but I have been
    reading. Back in April I saw my Endo Doctor, my tsh was .43
    She said I was to close to hyper, she thinks I should be in
    the middle so I have to alternate between .88 and 1.00 because
    she wants me on .93 Has anyone out there had to do this?
    Did you have any trouble ajusting? I sure have. I’ll being seeing my Dr. again on July 9th

    Yes alternating doses is a common practice that endo use, that and skipping a days doses. This does work.

    It is true that sometimes you can have a difficult time adjusting to the new dose. This is a time when you need to be in close contact with your doctor. Calling and talking to his nurse helps a great deal. You should give each new dose several weeks for your body to get use to.
